Don’t let political ideology be reason for ‘booing’ athletes

It seems like the Summer Olympics were just yesterday. Americans were united in cheering for our best athletes like Michael Phelps, that little gymnast girl and that one guy who ... well ... some NBA players were there, right? The Summer Olympics are so 2008 anyway. In a few weeks, we’ll get all of the excitement the Winter Olympics have to offer. We’ve relegated all of the summer has-beens to Subway commercials and we’re ready to welcome all of the Olympians of ice and snow that we know so well.

Athletes as Students: Major Problems

It's the middle of summer break, which means student athletes are preparing for the upcoming season with 12 hours of grueling math drills a day.
