  • A 45-year-old woman was arrested Thursday for criminal damage to property and possession of a controlled substance at the 400 block of State Street.

    According to a police report, the offender had broken a window of a 47-year-old man's residence. The offender was located and found to be in possession of cannabis and drug equipment.

  • The Tan Company, 2030 S. Neil St., reported a disturbance Thursday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender was reported to have been looking over the wall of a tanning booth at a 21-year-old woman.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 26-year-old woman reported theft at the 2400 block of Neil Street, Tuesday.

    According to a police report, the offender took 300 compact discs and 100 DVDs from the victim's apartment.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 35-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence at the intersection of Green Street and McKinley Avenue, Sept. 21.

    According to a police report, the offender was operating an uninsured motor vehicle, had no valid driver's license and failed to reduce his speed.

  • The Clybourne, 706 S. Sixth St., reported criminal damage to property Friday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender threw a brick at a window, causing it to break.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 21-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 1100 block of Crescent Drive, Thursday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender cut two of the victim's tires.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 23-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 900 block of Locust Street early Sunday morning.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender threw a can of beer at the victim's car, causing damage.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • An 18-year-old St. Louis man was arrested at the 900 block of Oak Street for possession of a controlled substance and minor in possession Saturday night.

    According to a police report, officers responded to the area for a loud music call and found the offender to be in possession of alcohol and cannabis. A notice to appear in court was issued to a 21-year-old man for adult responsibility.

  • A 21-year-old woman reported criminal damage to property and burglary of a motor vehicle at the 1000 block of Northwood Drive, Sept. 24.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender entered the victim's vehicle and stole 150 compact discs, cash and caused damage to the driver's side doors.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • An unknown offender broke a window at Talbot Lab, 104 S. Wright St., Friday.

    According to a police report, a small amount of blood was found on the panic bar of a door near the broken window and on a concrete pillar outside the building.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 21-year-old man was reported to have eluded an officer, rode a motorcycle on one wheel, fled from an officer, disobeyed a traffic control device, driving with expired registration and failing to notify the Secretary of State's office of his change of address.

    According to a police report, the offender was cited for numerous traffic offenses after eluding an officer who attempted to stop him on Thursday. The officer reported that when he began his pursuit of the offender, the offender fled at a high speed eastbound on Florida Avenue toward Busey Street. On Friday, the officer attempted to locate the offender at his previous address and apparent current apartment at the 2200 block of East Michigan Street but was unable to find him.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 22-year-old man was arrested for diving with a suspended license at the intersection of Orchard Drive and Florida Avenue, Thursday.

    According to a police report, a 36-year-old woman and owner of the car was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the arrest. She was cited for expired registration and for operating an uninsured vehicle.

  • A University student reported a disturbance at Florida Avenue Residence Halls, 1001 College Court, Thursday evening.

    According to a police report, the student overheard another resident say he was going to "blow everything up" during a phone conversation. The offender was later located and questioned. The offender denied making the statement.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
