  According to the police report, an unknown offender wearing black shorts and red shoes stole a BMX bicycle and left the business.

  The bicycle was recovered and returned to the business.

• An 18-year-old man was arrested at the 1900 block of north Lincoln Avenue on Sunday morning.

  According to a police report, the man was arrested for possession and consumption of liquor by a minor.

  According to the police report, the man gave the police another individual's personal information, saying that it was his.

  According to the police report, the driver was caught during a traffic stop. The front seat passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of justice.

• An unidentified man was reported to have stolen personal identifiers and other properties in an effort to steal a 26-year-old man's identity on July 31.

  According to the police report, the victim tried to receive financial aid from Parkland College and was told someone else had used his name and social security number to obtain financial aid in Florida.
