Criminal damage to property was reported at the 1100 block of Country Lane on Saturday morning.
According to the police report, an unknown offender damaged the victim’s window.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at County Market, 331 E. Stoughton St., on Saturday morning.
According to the police report, the offender was arrested after being banned from the property and refusing to leave.
Urbana
A 20-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Main and Maple streets on Saturday night.
According to the police report, the offender was a passenger in a traffic stop. Officials learned the offender had a valid warrant for his arrest.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at the Silver Bullet Bar, 1401 E. Washington St., on Saturday night.
According to the police report, the offender was reported to be intoxicated by an employee of the bar. After locating the offender in the parking lot, officials arrested him on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a breath alcohol level over the legal threshold.
A 19-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Busey Avenue and Iowa Street on Sunday morning.
According to the police report, the offender was arrested for purchase, possession and consumption of liquor by a minor.

So now the bar gets you drunk, and then calls the cops on you. Isn't there some responcibility on the part of a bartender to know when someone is over served?
