Ten greatest things to do to avoid class

  1. scale to the top of the 35.5’ tall ARC climbing wall. This is on everyone’s “before graduation” bucket list.

  3. try out bellydancing or any other of the 70+ group fitness classes offered
  4. participate in Intramurals. There is basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, ice hockey, broomball, and more!
  5. lounge around the ARC Outdoor Pool. When the weather is warm, there is probably no busier place on campus.

  9. enjoy a healthy meal at the ARC Instructional Kitchen

  11. take a ride on the CRCE water slide. Go back to your youth and twirl all the way down to the water.
  12. play outside! There are outdoor sand volleyball courts, outdoor basketball courts, outdoor tennis courts, plenty of field space, and even an inline roller hockey rink.
  13. attend a hockey game at the Ice Arena; better yet get on the ice yourself at a public skate.
  14. picnic at the Illini Grove. With 8 picnic sites, a pavilion, and grills, there is no better way to enjoy campus.
