Champaign

Two 19-year-old Urbana women were arrested Saturday evening at the 1800 block of Neil Street.
According to a police report, after a road rage incident involving two cars, the vehicles pulled into a parking lot where one of the women pulled a baseball bat from her vehicle and threatened the passengers in the other vehicle. The subject was arrested for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. The second woman was arrested when police found her to be wanted on an in-state warrant.

A 46-year-old man was arrested for burglary when he entered the residence of a 23-year-old man Saturday morning at the 200 block of Wright Street.
According to a police report, the subject entered the victim's residence and cooked up several of the victim's pork chops in spaghetti sauce and then ate them.

A 63-year-old Urbana man was arrested late Saturday at the 1500 block of Neil Street for controlled substance possession.
According to a police report, an officer observed the hand-to-hand drug transaction. Crack cocaine was located and the subject was arrested and taken to jail.

An unknown suspect threw rocks at the front of the University Lutheran Church, 604 E. Chalmers St., early Friday morning.
According to a police report, the front window of the church was broken.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

Urbana

A 23-year-old Champaign woman was arrested early Saturday morning for traffic signal violation and driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to a police report, the woman was observed running a red light at the 800 block of Green Street. The offender admitted to being under the influence of alcohol.

A 46-year-old man was arrested on multiple warrants after he was involved in a traffic accident late Friday at the intersection of University Avenue and Vine Street.
According to a police report, the offender attempted to flee on foot after the accident and was later found and arrested. The man admitted to having multiple warrants against him.

A 49-year-old woman was arrested for noise violations late Friday night at the intersection of Fairview and Goodwin avenues.
According to a police report, police responded to a large party. Multiple fights had occurred at the party and officials were forced to use pepper spray to disperse combative party attendees. The offender was cited for violating a city noise ordinance.

A 18-year-old man was arrested for illegal alcohol possession on Saturday morning at the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A 36-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence early Saturday at the intersection of Smith Road and Washington Street.
According to a police report, the offender was operating a vehicle next to a bar. During a traffic stop the man was observed with glossy eyes and slurred speech. He admitted to drinking.

A 24-year-old Pocatello, Ind., man was arrested at the 200 block of Vine Street for public urination early Saturday.

University

A 39-year-old Champaign man was arrested early Saturday morning near the intersection of Green Street and Goodwin Avenue.
According to a police report, the man refused to leave the Illini Union as staff was trying to close the building. The man fled from police and was later found and arrested. The man was wanted on warrants from Illinois and Minnesota.

A 19-year-old Normal, Ill., man was issued a ticket for underage alcohol possession early Friday morning at the intersection of Third Street and Gregory Drive.
