- Criminal damage to property was reported at the 1600 block of South First Street, Wednesday.
According to a police report, an unknown suspect shattered the back window of the victim's car, causing $300 in damage. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 24-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for public urination outside Murphy's Pub, early Tuesday morning.
- A 19-year-old Watseka, Ill. man was issued a notice to appear for underage purchase/consumption of alcohol near the intersection of Sixth and Green streets early Wednesday morning.
According to a police report, the man was stopped after an officer saw him yelling at other people near the intersection.

- A 91-year-old woman reported theft under $300 at the 500 block of East Washington Street, Monday night.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole a jar full of quarters from the woman's residence some time in the last two months.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 27-year-old man reported theft over $300 at the 700 block of Vine Street, Monday night.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole the man's laptop computer.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 14-year-old boy reported theft under $300 and an abandoned bicycle at the 1900 block of North Cunningham Avenue, Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, an unknown offender took the boy's bike and left another bike in its place.
No arrests had been at the time of the report.
