11:30 PM 12/9/2004 — WASHINGTON - The court read "Georgetown" in blue and gray letters. The Hoyas wore "home" white jerseys. The Georgetown mascot - a bulldog, which I guess is a "Hoya" - patrolled the sidelines. But No. 1 Illinois got a rousing ovation when it walked onto the court.
Wrestlers prepare for first home tourney
11:36 PM 12/9/2004 — Even though the Orange Krush won't be there to harass the opponents, the Illinois wrestling team looks to have no problem handling Central Missouri State in its first home tournament of the season on Saturday. "Everybody likes to compete at home," said Illinois head coach Mark Johnson.
Illini women look to bounce back
