An unknown offender damaged the vehicle of a 44-year-old woman at the 1500 block of East Washington Street on Sunday.
According to a police report, the victim's window was damaged with an unknown object.

According to a police report, a chase began when the man refused to pull his vehicle over for an expired registration. The man abandoned his vehicle and ran into a house, where he was apprehended.
