Millercom lecture to discuss global pan-African movement

African-American Studies and Research Program and Center for African Studies will be sponsoring a Millercom lecture given by Bill Fletcher. The lecture will explore the global pan-African movement in the 21st century. The lecture is free to the public and will be held on the third floor of the Levis Faculty Center, 919 W. Lieutenant Colonel Mark Harysch to speak on deterrence in failing states

On Monday, Lt. Col. Mark Harysch, United Sates Air Force National Defense Fellow, will present a lecture about deterrence in failing states. The lecture will be sponsored by the department of Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security and will be held at 3:30 p.m. in room 329 of the Armory Building, 505 E. Unit 4 school district to hold special meeting

The Board of Education of Champaign Unit 4 school district will have a special meeting Monday at 5:30 p.m. at the E.H. Mellon Administrative Center, 703 S. New St. Following an open public session, there will be a closed session to discuss employee relations, negotiations, property acquisition, emergency security procedures, student discipline and litigation.
