Champaign

A 23-year-old man reported theft from his residence at the 200 block of East Green Street late Friday night.

According to a police report, the man allowed an unknown offender into his apartment to use the telephone. Upon entering, the offender grabbed the man's wallet and cash and fled immediately.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested on several charges after fighting at the International House of Pancakes, 308 E. Green St., early Saturday morning.

According to a police report, a fight ensued inside of the restaurant where one suspect was wielding a baseball bat and the boy showed a handgun. An armed security guard stopped the fight and held the boy at gunpoint. The boy fled the guard and police, but was later apprehended and found to be in possession of cocaine.

Urbana

A 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old man reported theft from their apartment at the 1600 block of North Lincoln Avenue late Friday night.

According to a police report, an unknown offender entered the apartment without forcing entry and stole two laptop computers and three baseball hats.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

University

A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were arrested for underage consumption of alcohol at the 700 block of South Fifth Street early Friday morning.

According to a police report, police stopped to question the men after someone from their party threw a pizza at a passing car.

A duffle bag was stolen from a patron at Campus Recreation Center East late Thursday morning.

According to a police report, an unknown offender stole the bag from the sidelines while the owner was playing basketball. The contents of the bag were estimated at $445.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
