9:04 PM 6/28/2007 — Champaign A 20-year-old man, a 20-year-old Oak Forest man and a 21-year-old man were arrested on charges of controlled substance possession and throwing dangerous materials on the 200 block of East Green Street early Wednesday morning. According to a police report, the men were in possession of psychedelic mushrooms and were throwing items off a balcony. 0
