- An 18-year-old man was issued a notice to appear in court for a minor in possession of alcohol at the 900 block of Wright Street early Wednesday morning.
According to a police report, an officer observed the offender with an alcoholic beverage in public. Upon contact, the offender was found to be underage.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 21-year-old man reported criminal damage to his vehicle at the 600 block of Fifth Street, Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, the victim's vehicle was keyed some time on Sunday.

- A 41-year-old man reported theft at the 1400 block of Beardsley Avenue, Wednesday.
According to a police report, the offender was seen in the area stealing aluminum siding from the victim's house.

- A 19-year-old woman reported theft at the 300 block of Illinois Street, Wednesday.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole a pink bicycle from the victim's yard. The victim's bicycle was locked to a bush in the yard. - A 36-year-old man was arrested for criminal damage to property at Scottswood Manor Apartments, 1557 Hunter St., Wednesday afternoon.
According to a police report, the offender kicked in a door in order to retrieve his cell phone. - A 19-year-old Savoy, Ill., man was issued a notice to appear in court at the 1500 block of Lincoln Avenue, Wednesday evening.
According to a police report, the offender had been transferring liquor in a motor vehicle.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 22-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing at the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue early Thursday morning.
According to a police report, the offender was disorderly toward the victim and chased him out of his residence. The offender admitted to chasing the victim, and the offender refused to leave. The offender also refused to leave the property after security confirmed he did not live there. - A 26-year-old woman was arrested for her dog running at large at the 700 block of Anderson Street, late Wednesday night.
According to a police report, officers answered a report of an abandoned dog. The officers seized the dog and took it to animal impound.

- A 20-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license at the intersection of Wright and Green streets early Thursday morning.
According to a police report, the offender disobeyed a sign prohibiting right turns at the intersection. The offender was also cited for failing to have insurance. - An employee of the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics at Memorial Stadium, 1402 S. First St., reported harassment Wednesday.
According to a police report, the victim received an anonymous threatening e-mail message sent from a Google mail account. The message appeared to be part of an e-mail scam attempting to extort money from recipients by threatening to kill them unless they pay the sender $6,000.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
