Students to protest Ga. combat school

The U.S.-funded institute, formerly known as the School of Americas, has graduated more than 60,000 soldiers since its establishment in 1946.

Rice calls for end to state of emergency

According to a police report, officers conducted a traffic stop for a stop sign violation. The offender lied to the officers about his identity.
