- A 21-year-old man was arrested for cannabis delivery at the 1300 block of North McKinley Avenue on Saturday night.
According to a police report, the offenders were stopped for expired registration and a seat belt violation. A search of the vehicle located 29.3 grams of cannabis. - Central Illinois Credit, 2106 W. John St., reported forgery Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, the suspect, a 21-year-old woman, tried to cash a counterfeit check. No loss was sustained by the credit union.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 41-year-old man was arrested for burglary from a motor vehicle at the 500 block of South Third Street on Monday morning.
According to a police report, unknown offenders broke the victim's passenger-side door window and stole an iPod mini and a GPS system.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - An 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested for being minors in possession at Den Liquors, 608 S. Sixth St., on Monday night.
According to a police report, the two offenders were stopped after being observed walking away from Den Liquors with a 30-pack of Keystone Light. One of the offenders used an illegal ID to make a purchase. Both were issued notices to appear. - Mobil Super Pantry, 3604 N. Mattis Ave., reported theft Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown offender fueled his vehicle with 12 gallons of gasoline and then left without paying.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - Angel Nails and Hair, 1901 N. Market St., reported theft Saturday night.
According to a police report, two suspects, a 43-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman, used an invalid credit card to pay for services. The suspects fled the area when confronted for payment.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - Walgreens, 1713 W. Springfield Ave., reported burglary April 1.
According to a police report, two unknown thieves entered the business and stole 26 bottles of cologne from a secured display case.

- A 54-year-old man reported theft at the 1300 block of Silver Street on Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, the victim alleged that the thief, a 37-year-old woman, removed property from his apartment without permission while he was gone. The thief stole a gold pinky ring with a diamond, a gold band and a second gold ring with six diamonds.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 22-year-old man was arrested for theft and credit card fraud at the 200 block of West High Street on Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, the offender stole a 24-year-old woman's credit card from her purse while she was at his apartment. He later used it to buy 33 ounces of alcohol. When arrested, the offender had in his pocket a credit card that belonged to a 40-year-old man. The 40-year-old man had reported that his wallet had been lost or stolen a few days prior.
University
- A 20-year-old man was arrested for skating at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, 500 S. Goodwin Ave., on Saturday evening.
According to a police report, an officer saw three men skating on a stair railing outside Krannert and videotaping themselves. The 20-year-old man, a former University student, was issued a no-trespass letter after the officer discovered that he had four prior contacts with police for the same offense. Another 20-year-old skater, a current University student, had contact with police in five prior incidents. He was advised that the Office of Student Conflict Resolution would be notified. The third skater, a 21-year-old man, was verbally warned that he would be banned from campus if he had contact with police for the same offense again. - Wardall Hall, 1010 W. Illinois St., reported a prank Saturday.
According to a police report, an unknown offender left an envelope filled with crickets on the floor of a Division of Housing staff member's office.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 19-year-old man was arrested for public urination at the intersection of Third and John streets early Saturday morning.
According to a police report, the offender was issued a notice to appear on charges of public urination and underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
