A benefit concert will be held to pay respect to victims and families in last week's earthquake in the Sichuan Province of China. The concert will feature several university music students Yuan Zhou, Luyan Gao, Sylvia Liu, and Hwa-Jung Yoo, each who have volunteered to perform for free for the cause. Donations will be collected at the event that is to take place at Wesley United Methodist Church and Foundation on Wednesday May, 21 at 7:30 P.M. Zhou a university doctoral voice student who organized the event, hopes to not only raise funds for relief but awareness and sympathy of the community.

"I would like for people to just bring their hearts," Zhou said. "After listening to the music and seeing the displays, they can decide for themselves if they want to donate."

All donations will be given to the American Red Cross for earthquake relief efforts in China.
