No suspect has been identified in a shooting at the 1200 block of Joanne Lane in Champaign Thursday night.

According to a news release, Champaign police were dispatched to the area for a report of a shooting at 9:38 p.m. The officers located a 27-year-old man who had been wounded in the leg and he was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
