  • A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of alcohol on public property or parking lot at the 100 block of south Mattis avenue Sunday.

    According to a police report, a notice to appear was issued.


  • Theft was reported at the 500 block of east Park street Saturday night.

    According to a police report, a purple Roadmaster women's mountain bike was stolen from the front yard of the residence by an unknown offender.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Burglary was reported at the 400 block of east Healey street June 22.

    According to a police report, a 19-year-old woman reported an unknown offender entered the apartment and stole a Dell Vostro 1000 laptop computer, currency and a checkbook.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Burglary was reported at Alpha Kappa Lambda at the 400 block of east Daniel Sunday afternoon.

    According to a police report, the suspect entered the unlocked fraternity and stole various power tools and a window air conditioner.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Theft was reported at the 2000 block of north Neil street Sunday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender stole merchandise from The Gap.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Burglary was reported from a motor vehicle at the 2400 block of Chiswick drive Sunday night.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender broke in through the driver's side window and stole a XM Satelite system.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Criminal damage to property was reported at the 300 block of Park street Sunday morning.

    According to a police report, both the windshield and front windows were broken on the victim's vehicle.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Champaign Auto Sales reported motor vehicle theft at the 400 block of south Neil Street Sunday morning.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


Urbana

  • Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at the 2000 block of south Race street Saturday afternoon.

    According to a police report, a victim reported her purse had been stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked in her driveway.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


  • Criminal damage to property was reported at the 600 block of north Cunningham avenue Saturday.

    According to a police report, the rear passenger side small window was broken on the victim's car.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.


University

  • A 19-year-old North Aurora man was issued a notice to appear for underage purchase/possession of alcohol at Joe's Brewery, 906 S. Fifth St., Sunday.

    According to a police report, police stopped him after he used an obscenity toward an officer.
