  • A 26-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended drivers license at the 300 block of east Hill Street late Saturday night.

    According to a police report, officers responded to a parking problem. The man, who owns the vehicle, was in physical control of the car.

  • All About Eyes, 507 W. Town Center Blvd., reported burglary Monday morning.

    According to a police report, $80 in cash was taken from a register in the business overnight. No signs of forced entry were found.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 37-year-old woman reported she had been harassed Sunday night at the 2900 block of west John Street.

    According to a police report, a 35-year-old woman sent vulgar text messages to the victim's phone.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 75-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at Bethel Ame Church, 401 E. Park St., Saturday morning.

    According to a police report, the right side window of the man's vehicle was smashed in by an unknown offender.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 77-year-old woman reported burglary at the 1000 block of Stratford Thursday.

    According to a police report, an offender entered the woman's house without permission and procured several items including a portable DVD player, 25 DVD's and 30 coins.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • Pizza Hut, 409 N. Mattis Ave., reported theft on June 23.

    According to a police report, a 31-year-old woman took the deposit from the store on June 15 and did not deposit it at the bank.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 20-year-old woman reported theft at the 900 block of south Second Street Monday evening.

    According to a police report, an unknown suspect stole a purse from inside an unlocked apartment.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

Urbana

  • A 31-year-old woman reported burglary at the 900 block of north Harvey Street Sunday morning.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender broke into the apartment during the weekend and procured a DVD player.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 21-year-old woman reported her wallet had been stolen at Strawberry Fields, 306 W. Springfield Ave., Monday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender took the victim's wallet from the employee break room during her shift at the store.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 23-year-old man reported theft at the 200 block of north Race Street Monday.

    According to a police report, an unknown offender took the rear wheels off the victim's vehicle sometime after 8 a.m. on Friday.

    The offender also tried to remove a front wheel.

    No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
