- A 30-year-old man was issued a notice to appear at the 1500 block of west Bradley Avenue Saturday.
According to a police report, the subject was cited for disposal of waste on public ways and places prohibited. - Wal-Mart, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., reported theft Friday.
According to a police report, a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were observed cutting open packages to action figures and a paintball gun then leaving the store without paying.
Both were issued juvenile appointments. - An 18-year-old man was issued a notice to appear and three juveniles were released to their parents after fighting and trespassing at Arrowhead Lanes, 1401 N. McKinley Ave., on July 7.
According to a police report, officers were sent to the bowling alley for a fight in progress involving approximately 30 people. The crowd was dispersed, but the four returned after being ordered off the property. - A 43-year-old reported being threatened by phone at the 2600 block of west Kirby Avenue on July 7.
According to a police report, the victim received a threatening phone call from a male voice he recognized. The offender threatened him on behalf of another subject.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - An 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were cited for public indecency at the 2000 block of Garden Hills Drive Saturday.
According to a police report, the man was also cited for being in possession of alcohol as a minor. - A 23-year-old woman was cited for being in possession of cannabis at the 2500 block of west Springfield Avenue July 8.
According to a police report, officers served a search warrant at the offender's residence and located the cannabis inside.
The checkbook was later found. No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 37-year-old woman and a 49-year-old woman reported burglary at their resident at the 600 block of west Hill Street Friday.
According to a police report, an unknown black man attempted to force entry through the back door of their residence while the two were home.
One of the residents chased the suspect from the house as he fled on a bicycle.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

- An 18-year-old woman was cited for unlawful use of weapons at the 1500 block of Ivanhoe Way Saturday.
According to a police report, a victim and the offender engaged in an argument and a neighbor called police. The victim was not located.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 29-year-old man reported his car had been stolen at the 500 block of west University Avenue Saturday afternoon.
According to a police report, an unknown offender stole the man's unlocked 1999 Pontiac.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report. - A 16-year-old girl was the victim of neglect at the 1200 block of south Lierman Avenue early Sunday morning.
According to a police report, an unlisted offender locked the girl out of the house. The victim walked to a local nursing home and contacted police. She was later released to a parent.
No arrests had been made at the time of the report.
