The Illinois soccer team lost 1-0 to Iowa on Friday night. The Hawkeyes scored midway through the first half and the Illini were shut out for the fifth time in their last six road games. Illinois out-shot Iowa 10-5, but could not find the back of the net. Midfielder Marti Desjarlais had two shots on goal and goalie Alexandra Kapicka had three saves.
