Do you really expect to
Do you really expect to lower the costs of health care by creating hundreds/thousand of government jobs, by increasing the layers that payments go through with with government / exhanges/ insurance ect who each take a cut of money before it gets to providers. Change is needed but this change is catastrophic.. History will be made for all the wrong reasons. Expanding entitlements to create an even larger and more dependent group at an ever increasing cost to middle class hard working citizens is an affront to what this country originally stood for.. Hard work , sacrifice, integrety, and a sense that any thing is possible if one is willing to work ...... not any more
