Q: What's your favorite part about Champaign-Urbana?

A: Favorite part? Ubben ... 24/7 - it's just basketball all day.

Q: What do you think about Sports Illustrated's picture of your backcourt?

A: Excellent. It's good to us and it's something I'll never forget.

Q: Why did you pick No. 11?

A: Because of Isiah Thomas, my favorite player.

Q: If you had an X-Men-type superpower, what would it be?

A: Flying. I would just fly myself so I don't have to take planes anymore.

Q: If you had an And-1 nickname, what would it be?

A: I'm not an And-1 player, (but it would be) One Man Fast Break.

Q: What's your favorite quirk about Coach Weber?

A: Sometimes he smiles instead of speaks.

Q: What's your favorite movie and the last time you watched it?

A: Gladiator. I watched it about two weeks ago.

Q: If you could change anything about Illinois' basketball facilities, what would it be?

A: Construction - yeah, I'd lower the court and put fans on top of the court and just bring in more people, more seats.

Q: If you were on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and had to choose a teammate as a lifeline, who would it be?

A: Nick Smith. Easy - he's the smartest.

Q: If you could trade bodies with a teammate and keep your skills, who would you trade with?

A: Brian Randle, 6'7'', play whatever position - 1, 2, 3. Play all three positions.

Q: What's it like dealing with the Illinois winters?

A: I lived in Chicago for 14, 15 years, so I'm used to it. Most definitely want to stay there after college.

Q: What's it like around the apartment?

A: Video games and movie watching.

Q: Who's the best at video games?

A: Me, easy.

Q: You guys have gotten pretty competitive with pingpong.

A: Deron and James are nice. I've been nice; I'm still the best on the team.

Q: What's your favorite non-Assembly Hall venue in the Big Ten?

A: I'd just say Michigan State. That's a tough one - fans on the court.

Q: What's your favorite part about being introduced at games?

A: Fans are great, but it's seeing my mom smile.
